Ross Garnaut is an economist… not a scientist, and certainly not a climate scientist. He is not qualified to speak authoritatively on global warming and climate change.
Look… if economist Ross Garnaut did not recognise let alone warn about the 2008 global financial crisis, why would anyone p ay attention to his views on weather and climate?
Ross Garnaut simply did his job… he got paid to give the Australian Labor government what it wanted. But at the end of the day, the Garnaut Report is as worthless as the UK’s Stern Report. Why? Because both reports were based on the pseudo science of the IPCC… based largely on those exaggerated and model-based predictions that have all been proven wrong.
But what I can say is every time these climate charlatans have said one thing about weather, I placed my trust in Mother nature to throw up the opposite… and Mother nature has never failed me!
The various Ross Garnauts and Tim Flannery’s of Australia do well from making a buck from the government… but their dud climate predictions indicate they are failures when it comes to understanding climate science, meteorology and crystal ball predictions.
