Drowning The Sea Level/Global Warming Relationship Myth
One of the most often stated pieces of drivel from the climate science community, is that sea level rise is an indication of warming temperatures. In fact, there is no such correlation.
The graph below overlays global temperatures with global sea level. For the last 8,000 years, sea level has been rising while temperatures have been falling.
We are in the grip of madness…..the Global warming fanatics are either trying to distract the population while they effect changes to laws and the Constitution, or they are trying to drive the population into hysteria over a non existant crisis so they effect those changes. God deliver us from the madness of power before its too late.
i couldnt agree more our focus should be redifected toward the global take over problem. this is great that GW has been debunked so lets use our energy that we put into to and start buildinga country that we can be proud of.
as it is there no america anymore . has any one seen the rights fema has under a ececutive order from years ago and tsa WTF on highways and now in the mall of america .

Unless and until we can measure the CO2 content throughout the atmosphere as well as the temperature of the earth’s land mass, sea and atmosphere this idea of GW
especially as related to CO 2, becomes no more than science fiction beneath
and unworthy of Asimov or even Star Trek.
Here is something no one that I have read about has even considered. Has the average height of the tropopause changed? Is anyone even collecting that data. With today’s very high flying jets that number can be recorded and logged quite often in the
area of many times per hour. In fact pilots could be asked to” trop-out” as part of any flight plan that takes them over some planned high altitude and then return to their cruising altitude.
The atmosphere is like a balloon and its temperature change per thousand feet up is bounded by the tropopause (The tropopause is the atmospheric boundary between the troposphere and the stratosphere. Going upward from the surface, it is the point where air ceases to cool with height,)-hence its name. If we were to see this balloon
expanding i.e. world tropopause increasing in altitude year over year ,then we might have a concern about GW.
The present emphasis on CO2 is ridiculous but suits the purpose of the GW ers quite well. Since CO2 is a miniscule portion of the atmosphere (CO2 is a trace gas comprising 0.039% of the
atmosphere) . Also it is very hard to measure consistently throughout the whole of
the atmosphere thereby providing great camouflage to the GW proponents. It also
ascribes enormous leverage to an element that is found in very small quantities in the earth’s gas inventory. Therefore if you fudge that figure just a few 100′s of a % and base a model on that you can really “model” some wild BS or chicken crap as Boehner would say.

Right on. I thought that I was the only one thinking about the change in height of the tropopause. NASA and the Airforce often adjust the orbital height of space craft when the sun peaks. It has the effect of drag on orbital spacecraft. If the upper atmosphere vertically stretches, then there is a periodic increase and decrease in the height of the tropopause. It is known to vertically stretch and shrink diurnally as well.

Something I have been pondering after the triple point, phase diagram threads. If water vapor is a more potent green house gas, why do we have a Heat Index? It is a measurement of how hot it feels – based on the reduced capacity of a human to cool itself based on how much water vapor is in the air affecting evaporation.
Why isn’t it just plain hotter when it is more humid. There could be a 20% – 40% change in water vapor concentration in a very short period of time yet it only feels less comfortable – the thermometers don’t record higher temps. You would think that with all those extra molecules re-radiating heat, the temperature would go up….dramatically. According to Wikipedia, the overall GHE of 33-degress C from various gases is:
Gas Formula Contribution (%)
Water vapor H2O 36 – 72 %
Carbon dioxide CO2 9 – 26 %
Methane CH4 4 – 9 %
So according to the totally unbiased Wikipedia page on the GHE (sarc/) water vapor accounts for 12 – 24 degrees C of GHE, yet a massive change is humidity, or concentration of water vapor in the atmosphere, only makes it feel warmer to warm-blooded animals that need to sweat to keep cool. The whole CAGW premise is based on CO2 going from ~ 280 ~ 560 ppm (0.028%-0.056%), yet a massive increase in water vapor concentration doesn’t make the temps go up (not counting insulating effect of clouds)? Just thinking.
Just a little niggle I’ve had for ages.
CO2 is the evil gas that will change everything? But all animals exhale this dangerous substance, and the most numerous animal of all *humans* expel quite a bit.
So in very conservative figures -
7,000,000,000 people expel about 0.1 liters/minute equals a darn huge amount per year.
Now if we take this ‘natural’ CO2 from the global rise in CO2 how much ‘unnatural’ CO2 is left?
Just a thought.
I think you’ll find that climate alarmists don’t consider your CO2 to be any more “natural” than that from a power station.
I was thinking of having an international no breathing day. We’ll start with all the climate alarmist and see how it goes from there.

The bottom line is if we are all pushed to go for electric vehicles, like California seem set to do, then some rare earth metals are required. So where will they come from, and who will be selling them?
