Wolf Creek Ski Area opens this Saturday and Sunday with 3 feet of snow
Last ski season had a record late close, allowing for nine months of skiing this year. This is just what the experts predicted :
December 16, 2008
University of Colorado-Boulder geography professor Mark Williams said Monday …. the season will be shorter because snow will accumulate later and melt earlier.
If carbon emissions increase, the average temperature at Park City will be 10.4 degrees warmer by 2100, and there likely will be no snowpack, according to the study. Skiing at Aspen, with an average temperature 8.6 degrees higher than now, will be marginal.
The “thing of the past” has made an early appearance this Fall, both east ans west.
I keep running my Global Warming Models and it comes back with ’tilt’ each time…
So I increased the CO2 big time, and it came back with WTF?
So, I went outside and raked some leaves and enjoyed the ‘weather’ aka climate….
Lukewarmer AccuWeather presents Brutal Long Term US Winter forecast
with above normal snow fall and below normal temperatures.
Reality is catching up.

Fake snow. I think they are using those snow making machines: which puts even more CO2 into the atmosphere. Damn them.
We all know that the models say that there is no more snow. Who you going to believe, a real super-computer or your own eyes?
This is the new CO2 laden rotten, hot snow.
Haha, what? Nearby Herbert is experiencing something like -0.1°C warming/century*. Snake Creek is doing something like +1.5°C warming/century*. I think the “carbon” would have to trap more heat than is coming in for 10.4°C in 90 years to come true.
*mind you, this is WITH Hansen’s “adjustments”
Cherry picking ?
NO!
Snow Picking! It is a thing of the past! You know! Shorter Ski Seasons and all!
Russia heat wasn’t cherry picking.
;^)
Shucks! It ain’t even stopped snowing Down Under. Snow down to 400 m is forecast for parts of New Zealand’s South Island this weekend.
Oh that’s right, global warming predictions are never wrong.
AAIM, what names was it again that you were saying that Ill Wind Blowing was using to post on here before?
See Here.
Just got back from Wolfe Creek, no snow here in the Tanami Desert, thank goodness, I hate the cold. http://pindanpost.com/2011/10/07/wolfe-creek-and-the-crater/
