Record warm January 2012 averaged 37F, compared to 44F in 1790. Hansen could adjust this, except for the fact that he now believes time began in 1960.

Just a thought- I’ve noticed that we seem to get into warmer winters, as we sink into new periods of cooling. Of course there are always outliers, but this is how it appears to me.

If the annual mean temperature in 1790 was 53 degrees. And Weatherunderground for Northeast Philadelphia says the mean for 2011 was 56 degrees. Doesn’t that mean that 2011 was 3 degrees warmer than 1790? Or are single month temperatures more statistically significant than annual temperatures?
Northeast Philadelphia, PA 2011
Of course that doesn’t fit with your narrative.
