    1938 was also the year of the great New England Hurricane. Whatever parts per million we had then was way too high.

    The only solution is that tomorrow we turn in our cars and have the electricity shut off. Then we might be able to reduce bad weather 2% by the year 2150. That will be a wonderful gift for our great grandkids. who will have the same standard of living that we had in 1650.
