Heavy Snow In Oregon “a sure sign of global warming.”

Meanwhile, more than 200 auto accidents were reported for just one day statewide in Oregon Jan. 16 when a “major winter storm” dumped upwards of 12 inches of snow up in the coast in Seattle; while a rare two-day snowfall blanketed most of the Oregon coast in what locals call “a sure sign of global warming.”

In 2010, David Suzuki told us that the lack of snow in Vancouver was a sure sign of global warming.

There are absolutely no weather conditions which could occur that would not be attributed to global warming. The climate science community has achieved the pinnacle of confirmation bias.

Yes, because two days of snowfall in a region that normally receives precipitation in the form of RAIN during the winter, is a sure sign of global warming. Honestly, these people must be allergic to empirical evidence, logic, and reality in general.

Cult leaders should take lessons from these folks. No matter what happens, coconuts falling from the sky, it proves global warming.
Not only proves it, but adds to the understanding and the consensus, amazing.

  3. I Googled the author – his name is Dave Masko and he is the kind of true believer who copiously and piously includes references to climate change and global warming over and over again whenever he writes about snowfall, rainfall, flooding or drought… Really nauseating and predictable and he’s clearly not the only one, though he might be one of the most ham-handed I’ve read.

Must be a graduate of the esteemed Katie Couric School Of Journalism, where “Some people say…” is considered to be first-class reporting, even if “come people” happen to be your dinner party guests, a 2AM bar pickup, or the corner 7-11 cashier.

In this case I think the “locals” must include local barflies, floozies, and other notable commentators.

    “Some people say…. including locals!”
