HadCRUT shows 2011 temperatures at -67.5, -57.5 as being the coldest on record. Hansen is down there now claiming that it is the fastest warming place on Earth.

You can also see how FOS Phil is, because almost every measured temperature is above his claimed average. That makes it easier to paint things red. AKA – the magic of homogenization.
