  3. The third blade is still there if you look close or do contrast enhancement. Otherwise they would need some hellish brakes to hold that position.

    • It is a live video webcam. The blades haven’t moved at all this morning, despite 15 mph wind gusts.

        But the ones in Texas are far more efficient than the ones in the more northern states…….that require electricity to keep them heated in the winter when they brake down.

    Just clicked on it 10:30 am mountain time can see all 3 blades but its not turning yet.
