Pretending for a moment that the argument was valid (which it isn’t) the standard is that any climate paper which ignores skeptics arguments is invalid. Any editor who has ever published Mann or Hansen must immediately resign, because their papers do not address skeptics arguments.
He will probably get a position on the IPCC core team for that! Either that or the next Nobel Peace prize and an advisory position at the World Bank!
