One of the molecules below is a happy, harmless CO2 molecule from Canadian Tar Sands – which has recently been discovered by Canadian scientists to not cause global warming. These same Canadian scientists have also determined that CO2 from American and Australian coal does cause really, really bad global warming.
Can you spot which is which in the picture below?
This is easily explained -
Because Canadian CO2 travel only at night through the vast pristine acres of the Northern territories, over the cleansing mountains, and to where the good honest Mounties ensure that only the coolest, cleanest CO2 escapes to the atmosphere. And because it’s so clean it binds instantly with the plant life, water vapor, oceans, and even absorbed into rocks. It’s just the coolest most crystal clear thing you can’t see.
Now that American and Australian CO2 stuff is so dirty it just sits in the air moping and causing all sorts of problems. Just about all the bad American CO2 is climate change gas because it can’t get out of the sun.

Tar sands oil is “dirtier” from the CO2 standpoint if send it to China (where environmental regulations are lax) rather than refining it in the U.S.
Although Canadian oil won’t lower gasoline prices (as OPEC can still control supply), it would reduce price volatility. Obama will win in Nov if the economy continues to improve (albeit slowly), but will lose if gas goes to $5/gal. Keystone XL pipeline would be approved in Jan 2013 by a Republican president.
Heading to bed last night and heard the crap news story from AP about Weaver and his proclamation about GW and sea levels…i seem to recall some rediculous warming coming down the pipe…
