Negative Climate Sensitivity

Atmospheric CO2 has increased 10% since 1997, yet global temperatures have declined. However, unlike CO2, ENSO correlates quite closely with global temperature. The warming from 1975-1998 was accompanied by increasing ENSO values. As usual, climatologists are barking up the wrong tree.
