I extrapolated out the most recent DMI trend and now see that the Arctic will be ice-free on August 1, 2011.

    You can’t say that we weren’t warned, Steven. Mark Serreze warned us, but we just thought he was nuts. We will offer abject apologies to the CAGW cognoscenti on August 1 and watch in amazement as Ill wind blowing rides his/her jetski to the north pole in triumph.
