    At this rate, we will have a seen a full Belgium of recovery before tomorrow. This time last year we were still seeing Pitcairn Islands sized losses on a daily basis.

        At this rate the Arctic will be ice free, in the summer, for a few days. Then when summer has passed it will regain its ice at a phenomenal rate. Only to lose it next summer.

        Then next year it will regain the ice that it lost that summer at a phenomenal rate. But next year it will lose it once more.
