I have already covered how Hansen (red line) wiped out the pre-1950 temperature record which had previously been reported by the National Academy of Sciences (black line.)
But there is more to this story. I overlaid Briffas trees (red below) on the 1975 NAS graph.
The correlation was excellent. So here is how the story goes.
- Briffa’s trees were a good match with the uncorrupted temperature data.
- So Hansen corrupted the temperature data
- Mann then said that Briffa’s trees don’t match the corrupted temperature data
- Mann threw out the good tree ring data, and replaced it with the corrupted temperature data.
That is how you hide the decline. Alter the data, make conclusions based on the altered data, use your bogus conclusions to justify throwing out the original data, and then present the altered data as if it were the original data.
Can science get any more corrupt?
So is that why team SNAFU is spending over a million to play hide the weenie in Virginia?
Science has been reduced to manipulating data to fit a predetermined scam, which was concocted to maximize the flow of grant money. It is all settled science, rigorously peer reviewed by the 97% of climate experts who are all feeding at the exact same trough.

This story is so weird in truth that no one could have imagined it as a fictitious scenario for a thriller. These guys are constantly manipulating and deceiving, re-writing history and putting in grant applications.
Science has been replaced with manipulation of data for a predetermined outcome that fits ‘The Cause’ and concocted to maximize grant allocations.
. This settled science is constantly and desperately changing to fit the things that they never predicted.
I think right now they are doubbleing down because they never predicted their FOS bluff would be called on.
So as the saying goes, they can stay on their prozzak and it sucks to be them!
what got me was mann saying the tree ring data stopped being useful in the 60s, the trees stopped producing rings???
