Brian Williams at NBC thinks that it never snowed in October before, because he is too lazy, too stupid or too indoctrinated to actually do any research before going on the air.

I think that Ol’ Brian was trying to be cute. He may have never personally experienced snow in October to his recollection so he thought that he could get away with saying something like that. There was a time when a fluke snowstorm wasn’t even considered a big deal… before rampant ‘climate’ alarmism took hold.
Remember when the lack of snowfall in X period of time was proof for AGW? Now Ol’ Brian has flipped the script, and the fact that it is snowing is proof of AGW.

But isn’t that the problem. Too many people these days operate under the delusion that if it hasn’t happened in the span of their memory, then it has never happened before.
Brian’s problem is that he works for NBC, and it is a feather in his cap if he can help forward the AGW agenda, which GE profits from. Brian has a well paid staff, untold resources, and probably a gaggle of interns anyone of which could have been used in researching the historical weather in October in New England, which is not un-accustomed to snow. He didn’t attempt to do this since the result may have been inconvenient to his agenda.
In my observation Brian is a VERY biased presenter.

Stupid is as stupid does. I don’t know how these people — supposedly professionals from good schools — can live with themselves. They are either outright lying (they know what they say is false) or they are gullible fools. Brian Williams is paid big bucks to be a questioner, an investigator (aka journalist).I guess with GE paying his salary, he believes that promoting the Green religion is more important than his integrity. He always struck me purely as the inheritor of the NBC chair, not because he deserved it on skill but because it was due him.
Oh yes, just remembered: GE sold NBC to Comcast. But the Green religion is so prevalent with the elites, they are impervious to thinking outside the box.
The Klimate Kult is a religion. Followers chant the mantra, then go back to reading the Communist Manifesto (On their Kindle), and nibbling on Organic roots (From Whole Foods).
