Just think, in 1903 if we had climate scientists and environmental maniacs stopping progress at every turn, we would have never had auto travel, air travel, electrification, telecommunications and basically all the conveniences of modern living. Maybe for that, it might be a half degree colder than it is now. Doesn’t sound like a very good trade off.
